purchased online only. Ticket outlets are selling $60 and $40 seats only.
Locations are: Borders, Kauai Athletic Club, Papaya's Natural Health Food Stores,
Aloha In Paradise Art Gallery and Coffee Bar.
Please purchase your tickets for Fred Alan Wolf, his presentation is not included
in your booth fee. The Expo will close at 5pm on Saturday to open the doors
for the keynote address at 5:30pm. Help us make this a smooth transition by
closing up on time. We are expecting a full house!
Fred will be at the Expo at 4:00 pm for a book signing at his booth. Borders
will be supplying books to purchase at his booth. The Keynote Address is from
5:30 -7:00pm. The VIP reception is immediately after his performance. Plan
to meet him during the book signing if you're not going to the reception.
SPEAKERS: There are two staging areas for speakers-Center Stage and Meeting
Room. If you run over time, feel free to take your group outside to continue
discussions and networking. Below is the speaker list and times, pass this
list to your ohana's and networks. It is also is posted on the website.
EXHIBITORS: You are welcome to start setting up at 7:30 am on Saturday morning.
Bring everything you'll need - tape, scissors, trash bags, easels, white
boards, shoji screens, carpet/rugs, kitchen sink (hummm), ladders, and so
on to make your booth attractive. There is only one golden rule- no tape
on the walls. You may string things up if you can safely reach the ceiling.
Be kind to your neighbor by having your video/laptop volume low. And please,
no burning of candles or incense. At clean up, clear your booth space and
place trash in the bin outside. Bring a cloth to cover your table at closing
on Saturday and please remove your trash from the day.
PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS!- KWMCC will not tolerate cars on the lawn.
Exhibitors Calabash Bowl: Networking is key to the strength of our industry.
It would be wonderful to gift a fellow practitioner with a sample of your service
or product. Be prepared to place a gift, valued at $25 into the calabash bowl
for your fellow professionals to select and reciprocate a gift. An actual gift
is better received than discounted coupons. Bring your gift to the Inspiration
Booth.
